Do I really sound like a kid?

I can't believe that I still sound like a kid. I went with my brother a few month ago to stay at a hotel till his house got fumigated. We stayed there a few days, as we returned home, I was waiting for the gas man to get to our place and turn on the main gas and check the house heaters, stove.

I was waiting for him just watching tv and eating popcorn. well there is a knock at the door, getting up I walk to the door, you can see out but you can not see in. I said hello, he said he was there to turn the gas in, I told him that my brother is out but he can come in and turn the gas on.

He told me straight out I can not enter unless your mom or dad are home as well.. (lol) I laughed a little and told him that I am not a little kid, I told him my age and when I open the iron door he seen me and said ok you look like your in school. no I told him and he said I sounded like a kid.

Hmm. I recorded my voice but I don't sound like a kid do I? hahaha.

The other time was a few days ago a man came to the door passing flyers out and I said again hello, and he said can I talk to your mommy and daddy, I had to have fun and I said no there not here now, so he said ok I'm going to leave the flyer here ok, and make sure your parents get it, ok I will...(lol)

Little does he know my age hahaha..  Have you been told this as well? and believe me it still goes on.. Thank goodness there are no pitchforks at my door...

My Favorites in my closet so far part 1

Ok so I have not many items, what I do have I kept they are my favorites. I do wear them often and I love them, except the paint it get's on me (haha)

This dress I got from target and I love it. It is so summery and cool to wear in the heat.

This skirt I did find at the thrift sore amazing cool stuff you can find there, and some items are new like this one, lucky I was:)   it's allot better when it is on:)

oh and my purse I also found in the same thrift store new as well. It also has a phone case or what ever you use it for, to cute.

I love these shoes, I got them at a outside mall, one of them little stores next to the bank or stores. They are very easy to walk in and comfy.

This next one is my scarves I have many but these two are cute to wear with white skirts and red or black.

My bracelets I like to wear in summer, I have many more but I go to these more.

Pet Lovers How To Care for Your Pet Without Going Broke

Who doesn't have a pet that they love and treats like family? We all do, ok some. I had many pets in my life and always treated them like family, Even when it comes to care, they are like our kids with beautiful souls.

The High Cost of Providing Quality Vet Care

Though the work I do could be considered inspiring and remarkable, it comes with a hefty price tag.

The cost of maintaining the advanced equipment I require daily to diagnose cancer in my patients, the laboratory contracts I rely on to offer my reliable results and the state-of-the-art treatments I need to have on hand to offer my patients can be extraordinary.

There was no sultry sexiness about her. That came much later Marilyn Monroe

She was one of my favorites of many more in the past, I became a fan of hers back in the late 80's. I always admired her clothes her hair her ambition, so beautiful, even before Hollywood created Marilyn. I also watched the mini series this past month and no matter how many movies they make of her she still had that sad little girl life. I sometimes find myself trying her hairstyles not bad (haha)

Her life was a complicated one with many heart breaks and fails, but no mater what people say she was a smart women she knew what she wanted and went after it, but she went after the wrong things to take her life which is so sad, I'm sure today she would of had many awards to her name and maybe a family she always wanted. Will never know

The beauty in her was amazing.

Snivel y noted the 19-year-old’s measurements on an agency card: ‘Size 12, height 5.6, 36 bust, 24 waist, 34 hips. Blue eyes, perfect teeth and blonde, curly hair.’
But she would later recall: ‘Actually her hair was dirty blonde. California blonde, which means that it is dark in the winter and light in the summer.
'It curled very close to her head, and was unmanageable. I knew it would have to be bleached and worked on.’

It was August 2, 1945 and this was the first meeting between Norma Jeane Dougherty – later known as Marilyn Monroe – and the mentor who launched her career.

How to Easily Avoid the Biggest Internet Scams

I'm one of them people who are always wondering after I made a purchase if my information will be easy for thief's to down load? Cautious I am,  still we can never be to sure about on-line purchasing for anything.

Even if we buy something is it real or fake or will it come in or will the sender say I sent it and didn't at all and kept the money, I am always thinking of that, I still order on line just cautiously  now. Here is a great article of this subject, check it out for your safety.

There are many things we can do to make ourselves safer when engaging in internet transactions. The first thing to do is to become aware of the common scams that people engage in on the internet. Craigslist scams tend to focus on people offering goods and services, because those are the people who tend to be placing the ads. These include rental scams, car buying or selling scams, ticket scams, job scams, and fake guarantee scams. Rental scams tend to target potential tenants and can be run in a variety of ways. In many of these scams, the alleged landlord has no link to the property that is being shown, but is collecting deposits and rent in an effort to fleece people. Car sales scams can either be on the buying side or the seller side.

My 2nd Paranormal Experience

I am headed to Los Angeles it's 6 pm, The place I am to be is called Casa Del Mexicano. An old place that is a theater and used for wrestling at times. The night was cold we had 3 teams lots of members it was great.  My first start was a briefing of the place and are assigned places, to be for about an hour each, The night was getting colder.

I was teamed up with my new paranormal friend and we went into the dressing room mind you it was dark we sat there asking questions (EVP)  we played it back after a few minutes of asking but I heard nothing, Just then I looked sideways to the stage and on the center a bright light started to form in the form I saw what look like some one twirling and for a few seconds I pointed to my friend to look he got up and took a peek but it had disappeared as fast as it showed up, he missed it. I couldn't take a photo my camera was on the fritz at the time. Very upsetting.

We then separated he sat back down and I was heading down the stars to o to the middle of the floor what you can see the stage, I got to the last step and saw something black dart up from the ground and head to the stage and right were my friend was sitting, I didn't bother to say anything he was recording, but after that night I told him and he told me he seen something black go by him as well, how cool was that I said. Well I headed down to the kitchen with other members and we all did separate questions, I got nothing, some people there did, but not me this time. I was told there was a Dr. who was in the girls bathroom touching pinching pulling hair, I went in with another member a male and we stayed there but he didn't touch or say a word.
Exciting, the night was ending and we all headed back up stairs, we all met in the middle of the floor and did a few more EVP's and some saw something on the stage and I didn't I guess I saw what I was going to see that night and I did.

As we were all saying good bye another paranormal friend and me were standing in the back of the crowd and we both heard a women walking and her heels, just like if some women was in back of us, we turned and no one was there we were aw struck, we both exchange what we heard I also heard her say Hi there, it was an amazing night with great friends.

After a few years I came to terms knowing no such thing as ghosts, only evil spirits and good spirits, and we both saw evil...not sure what followed me home but at times in the night my bathroom light would switch on and I had to turn it off about 3 times,  From time to time I still see stuff move and hear but I ignore knowing what it is,  Jesus is all I need and they need to be gone :)

I Loved The 70's

I loved the 70's, I so loved the show when it came on VH1  That show hit all the things I did as a kid growing up. Reminds me of my childhood who didn't love the 70's?  I loved the clothes my mother made me and my brother, we never matched, something about the checker bell bottoms we all  wore as a kid.

We didn't care about fashion, name brands, computers, video games, we were real kids playing in the dirt drinking from the hose when we got thirsty, Oh come on you done it to:) Who remembers the toys we all had they were the best.

Here are some of the toys we had as a kid, I loved all and me and my brother played for hours and hours. My favorite are the Tinker Toys:)

My Favorite of all time yes the Tinker Toy mixed with Lincoln Logs

Can't remember this name,
This was Speak and Spell much fun.
This was my Nockers always hit me in the head but I still kept playing:)
This one was View Master I thought it was so cool back then lol
No kid got around the block with out a Big Wheeler get real, we always did our cool stunts, haha
My first calculator I was cool now, stand back.
Lincoln Logs were the fav back then, to see who could build the best forest homes.

Spiralgraph oh yeah we were rocking it with Einstein you know it.

My Barbie Mobile no girl was real unless they had the Mobile RV lol I loved mine it was the 80's but I was cool.
I love to share more but so many cool toys, here is the place where me and my brother wanted our parents to move, they said no. It did look like this until years they changed the look.

Do you have favorite 70's toys please share:)

14 Great Affordable Ideas For Decorating

14 Great Affordable Ideas on a Budget

Great ideas for decorating on a budget, I find these excellent ideas. The way I like to decorate is vintage so if that means going to the swap meet or vintage stores I am there, This article is a great one to check out, if your looking for ideas on fresh looks.

Summer brings with it the urge to simplify and relax — schedules, wardrobe and the home all get a bit more laid-back at this time of year. To help your home embrace that easy, breezy beach house feeling, give one (or more) of these 15 budget-friendly ideas a try.

1. Wake up the bedroom with a wide-stripe wall. This is a moment to go bold with color — think tangerine, coral or aqua blue. You can find wide-stripe wallpaper, but for a quicker and less costly DIY alternative, carefully tape and paint colorful stripes on a white wall. Keep the rest of the decor simple with sea-grass headboards and white linens.

I have been loving the new clothes that I see at the stores, malls but the prices can be so out of this world it's unbelievable. I am always looking for sales or visiting thrift shops, it's amazing the cool finds you can purchase if you go on a good day when they get the clothes put out.

Once I did and still have a Ralph Lauren for $10.00 but I had to do research to make sure it was real all the tags had the real ones:) it did come from an Estate Sale, Oh! that's another place to go check for vintage items:).

I seen this site and thought yes a sale but when you look at the prices they must be for people with lot's of money, because this is not a sale for me:) I know I have seen these items at T. J.  Max or Marshals I rather find them there than buy them at these sale prices. What do you think? Is this your kind of sale?

Still lusting after those frayed hemlines and gladiator sandals from last season's runways? Well lucky you—these trends are finally on sale! Find them here at discounts you can't ignore. BY JUSTINE CARREON

My Ghost Hunting Experience Part One

A couple of years ago I thought to try something different and see what I can find and I sure did. I came upon a site that was a paranormal site and joined I had never been in an investigation in my life, this was a new adventure. It started out first we all went to meetings to get to know one another and it was fun we all had the same in common.

I was told that I was going to have my first investigation (I went to 2 ) if I wanted to go, Oh! Yes I said, so that week I was preparing  and getting my things ready. The weekend came and I was headed to a place in Los Angeles  a Veterans Knights place pretty cool for Veterans to hang out and relax, anyway the owner told us of things bieng moved around and talking and walking, she took us 3 around and we did are look a rounds it was cool.  She left us in the place and locked us in, We got all are equipment out and placed it where to be placed.

We did an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) and set our camera's out as well. We started in the kitchen and asked a few questions, just then the chair moved we were no where near it, And it was dark so we turned the lights on but we saw no move of a chair, so we left our equipment there and headed back up stairs we did a few questions there, then  headed to the basement.

Now this is where I got freaked, we were down there in the pitch darkness we saw nothing, we asked more questions and it took only a few moments when we heard people walking and talking up stairs like if a party was going on, we asked more questions then the talking stopped and we heard walking and it was coming down the stairs, I was so freaked a friend of mine took off up stairs and we stayed below waiting to hear are friend say something we heard nothing so we headed back up and he was looking around but the doors were locked and no sign of people or open door.

Later tat night we played are recorders we did capture voices talking and we hear chairs being moved around as if they were getting ready for something, we heard a women voice say who is she, I think it was for me I was the only girl. It was so freaky I really liked it, I had the recordings but they stayed on the site. I went home that night after we cleaned up and a few hours of being home I heard my dishes in the kitchen being moved I am the only one home, I went in and nothing, then I went back to my room and I had my keys on the bed and they few off the bed, not sure what followed me but thank goodness it took off after that night.

I since gave up Paranormal as to my Love for Jesus and knowing who was behind this all. I do have more paranormal stories to share stay tuned,  Do you have any please share.

20 of the Most Hated Women in Hollywood

I'm sure some have changed in the past or not, this is your decision to make, I thought the article to be very interesting.

Fame comes at a price. It’s a price most of us are so completely unaware of, so sheltered from and so free from that we have no idea. We assume it must be absolute peaches and cream to have millions of dollars in the bank, to have any man or woman we want and to be one of the most famous people in the world. But with fame comes a lot of negativity. You lose all sense of privacy for yourself and your family.

Melissa Rivers to replace her late mom Joan Rivers on ‘Fashion Police’

I so loved the Fashion Police when Joan Rivers was on it, she was the show. I'm not sure how the new talent will be, although I do like her daughter she may bring it back to life again only time will tell. I can't wait to find out, this will be exciting.

Executives at E! have internally named the only possible replacement for Joan Rivers on "Fashion Police" — her daughter Melissa.

Sources tell Confidenti@l that Melissa Rivers will take over as panel moderator on her mother's beloved show when it resumes taping on Aug. 31, and has signed on for six shows. It is not clear when those shows will air.

"Melissa's going on," a well placed source tells us. "She is so happy, she is excited. The idea actually came from her. The bosses like it. It'll be a tribute to her mom, and Melissa's the one who understands how it's done. She can pull it off."
